Help on Virgin V+ Box

Hi,
I have just had my new v+ box installed and I am unable to access the home menu. Every time I press the home button on the remote nothing happens. a Light flashes on the main box but the menu does not appear. Also the stand by button on the remote does not respond either. Has anyone found this issue before - HELP NEEDED

Remote sounds like it's broken. Contact customer services.

But everything else on the remote works fine. for example, can change channels and view EPG scroll up down, side to side. even changed batteries.

Re: Help on Virgin V+ Box

Try pressing the guide button instead of the Home one.

I've had this error a couple of times after my box has crashed, even a forcible restart doesn't fix the error. The only solution which I did find that solved it was a format of the hard drive, once I did that all buttons on the controller worked again.
