Problems with ITV 2

I haven't reported this officially, so I suppose I should remind myself to do so...

But, for the past few weeks, I've been getting picture and sound break up on ITV 2. It does not occur on any other channels AFAIK. I cannot phone virgin as I don't have my account details to hand (forgot to look them up this morning).

So, I was wondering what I could do. I've tried all the connections, and they are tight. The only thing I can think of is that I think I still have my old modem (which the engineer installed against my wishses - I had already cancelled BB when I ordered the V+) plugged in. I will disconnect (and it's 'T' junction) when I get home.

Is there anything else I can try?
