Itemised billing

Hi

Does anyone know how long virgin keep records of itemised billing. I need to go back about 14 months to confirm an important phone call.

Thanks

Chris

Re: Itemised billing

afaik they keep them for at 2 years but it could take upto 8 weeks for you to get them as they only keep the last year on the system and they archive any older than that.
Saying that when i needed a copy of a bill it only took a week to arrive but that was when they were telewest

Re: Itemised billing

It depends where you live.

If you are in areas 01-19 they would be able to go back the 14 months without issue.

However, Virgin cannot access any itemisation that was on any 'legacy' ntl bill

This means (all months are approximate)

For Areas 30-31 they can go back as far as October 2007

For Areas 24-28 they can go back as far as May 2007

For Areas 20-22 they can go back as far as December 2006

Basically if you are ex-ntl they can only go as far as when the new type bills started

Yes, but to get that info, I spent all of 5 seconds on Google with NR31, and it threw up a map of Great Yarmouth / Gorlestone.
