FireFox Problem, help?

Does anyone know what would cause this? note the cpu and memory usage!

Been trying to work out what was wrong all weekend (pc was slow as hell), never figured it would be firefox...

Skype addon isnt enabled, would it matter? it's not the new skype beta either, have taken it off, and within a minute cpu is back to 100% and with nearly 2gig of memory used

Think i might end up going back to opera...
