Loss of channels in NN3 area?

We currently have no ITV1 or Channel 4 - anyone else experiencing this?

We are having problems in NN2 area as well.

Nothing showing on Status at all - but phoned customer service and they say they are having all sorts of problems!!

This page might help you (our area isn't mentioned - so how up to date it is heaven only knows!!!!)

I had a technician come out to me today as there was a fault with my TV box. As he was trying to sort it he made a call and appartently somewhere in england was a powercut and there was nothing he could do. im still sitting here with no TV??
