modem or network ?

hi, ive just got back from 2 weeks holiday and when i went away i was having problems at night with very very slow internet connection pages usualy not loading or taking an age to do so, so all in all i have had over 4 weeks of problems now, how ever during the day the connection seems OK.

not knowing much about the power levels etc i was wondering if anyone can take a look at the following modem info and tell me if they notice anything is wrong, my area is ng19 and modem is a 255 model and im on the 20mb connection.

That it's slow during the evenings only suggests a congestion issue. Modem levels are fine.
