internet went down thursday night.
1/ rang india friday morning, call refunded.
2/ engineer out saturday 9am, couldn't fix, fault in road.
3/ another engineer turns up abot 11am, fixed it within 10 mins.
4/ original engineer rings around 4pm to check if it had been fixed..
well done virgin.
