As far as I remember there was a student TV station with low budget. It was only encoded in the equipment feeding Grimsby and not available anywhere else. You ain't missing much!

EDIT : Well and truly beaten to it!

Re: Channel 7 in Grimsby?

We used to have a similar channel down here many moons ago, I was under the impression all these local channels had been dropped, I wonder why this one alone is still on air?

Smelly place anyway!
Been there once actually Gaz, to meet a mate who was in Antartica for two years, and arrived back in Grimsby. We made our way quickly back to South Yorkshire.

I don't know, although I guess the initial European funding for the Immage Studios & continuing Local Council support for them & The Grimsby Institute course has something to do with it?

I have to admit that any number of chemical factories, 2 oil refineries, a sewage works & a fish meal manufacturer are quite 'challenging' in an olfactory sense, on the way into town

There are a few other single region channels:
MATV in Leicester.
Channel M in Manchester.
RTE1, RTE2 and TG4 in Belfast.
S4C & S4C2 in Cardiff and Swansea. (OK, so that's two regions)
