Tv / Internet Connection

Hey people just wondering sometimes i swith between my cable box and my broadband modem and i would like to a splitter so i don't have to unscrew my cable box to use modem as it is downstairs. I have seen some splitters on ebay but they all have different d.b does it make a difference or can i buy any one.

a friend of mine wanted to move his cable modem and they were chanrging him £75 thought i could do it for next to nothing ill try one of those adoptors and see if it works

when they installed it they should of done it for you, keep on at them cuz after all its their fault not yours so you shouldnt have to pay for their mistake.

I just bought a normal one off ebay and just connected it to where my box came into the house and ran two new length of wires (one for box and one for modem) when I wanted to move my modem.

Got them all from ebay and it all came to just under £15 with postage, it's easy to do.
