Well I have to ask does anyone at VM actually listen to their customers ?
I have now not had On Demand not working for over 4 months I will try not to bore you but I just am just so fed up with it all.
Everything working fine On Demand in Jan 08 and oh what's this On Demand music free to XL customers nice...
Feb OD temp not available 1055 ok so lets wait a few days see if it works again well no lets call VM....

no help your service is showing as ok but we will let the "back" team know get a call back 5 days later to say everything is fine now your service is working well guess what it isn't, Call again get India who just fob me off call again next day we will send out an engineer I wait 7 days he comes changes everything in the house box cables splitter for BB but no On Demand will need a "re pull" in 2 weeks time. but your signal is weak !
They arrive say its not a re pull you need your frequency they change the frequency and OD works for an hour then dies.
Call CS again they say exactly the same your showing as working ok but we will speak to the "back team" and they will call you back well no call this time and no service, call India again get fobbed off. Call again the next day and go through same old story but this time get promised "I will get it sorted" get engineer out who says you need a "re pull" guess what no available slot for 2 weeks.
In the mean time I get offered a V+ box for the "Trouble" and a "re pull" promised call back from DONNA to make sure I'm happy still waiting DONNA
Ok so got V+ that nice

got no OD AGAIN.
Re pull happens and I get to watch one music OD then later got to watch again all very pix elated and report it again to VM who go through the same old I need to send signal etc etc and will speak to the "Back" team.
Ok so now this is where I am at :
No On Demand for over 4 months
Speaking to CS daily same old same old same old
I have been promised to day from MARK Cardiff "ill defo sort it out " well sorry that goes straight over my head
Error 1055 again(but the "Back" team will defo investigate (I think not)
and I think an entry in the Oxford English should be made :
BACK TEAM (def) We don't care and will do nothing about it but continue to pay us !
s'alright I don't expect help on this just had to vent it somewhere !!!!!!
for service 0/10 for c/s 0/10 On Demand -10/10 V+ 9/10 apart from the fact that a totally random recording everyday deleted but keeps coming back!!!
anyone tell that I'm right P'd off now !
