A BIG Joke

Hi All
Not posted for a few weeks as my 4 meg BB is a Joke
If you want a smile go to http://mslhr.visualware.com/myspeed/...ort?id=1399534
or 1399151 or 1396533 and see the wonders of Virgin
Hence forth to be known as the devils WC"

This type of service has been going on since the end of MARCH !!!
and a lot of time has been spent on the phone and a lot of 'Bods' plus a couple of service calls to swap all V/m components and connectors twice!
and finally to day I managed to chat to an engineer who told me that 'my cable network had heavy traffic on it!! When pushed as to contention numbers he could only say "its between 99 & 100%"

Also when I contact a 'Bod' one in five times there is no trace of my account ! I wish that happened on my bills
