speed issues belfast

Just wondering any you folks having issues with your interenet? Currently I can't connect to google or speedtest.net, torrents seem slow as well.

at least i now its not a problem my end now. THere are a good few sites that aren't loading. Is anyone aware of any issues? can someone shed any light on this. It would be my luck get upgraded to 10 meg and then the service starts to suck, so far the 4 meg has been brilliant lets just hope there in the process of upgrading belfast now and thats why im experiencing these issues.
