Just tonight my internet is going up and down like a yo-yo. I am in Belfast and have 4mb Cable. WHen i run speedtest.net thing it usually shows around 3950kbs d/l rate and 395 u/l rate. Which is normal.
I was playing an online game (warcraft 3) and for a few games it was fine, but then one game i was getting huge lag. So I rebooted modem and it was still there. So i ran the speedtest.net test and it was showing 380kbs upload rate. sometimes less sometimes more. So I came here looking for some help.
