So 5,000 asked for. 3,400 given but announced as 4,000. Maybe all the creative accounting the MP's do for their expenses is having an effect on official figures.

As well as Education, Education, Education. Tough on crime, tough on the causes of crime, and a bunch of other sound bites.
The amount of skilled people emigrating the UK is truly shocking and for every 1 that escapes there are far more wanting to follow them. Funnily enough it's the same reasons every time yet nothing is done about it.
