Re: Looking contact number for Microsoft, can't access web link from work

Thanks for that,

Maybe one more question.?
I live in N.Ireland, on last repair had to print out labels and get my own box.

This time, agent advised that they will send the box to me. I said that before was different and were I live. But he was adment that this was the correct process.
Just I need to leave at mums and don't want carierr calling expecting it to be boxed and mum have ot worry about it.

Does anyone in N.Ireland had a repair this past weeks or do you think that they maybe replacing the console (I have old one, no HDMI)..?

Thanks you guys..!

TO be honest, the general repair centre is rubbish - I believe the repairs are done in Check Republic or somewhere like that - then sent back to a collection point in England and then distrebuted, UPS confirmed this!

Thanks webcrawler,

I know they CR*P, last time tock 32 days, just over month, in N.Ireland it goes to TELEPLAN. I would in computers and I know that teleplan normally (always) asks you to pack the system up (on computers) just wondering if because they are sending me a box, (HOPEFULLY) might be a differnet process and might get a FALCON one.

Did they send you out a box..?

Re: Looking contact number for Microsoft, can't access web link from work

They sent me a replacement 360 - so far ive had 2 replacements - and I am going to be on my 5th repair shortly.

I love my console, but I am almost getting sick to death of the shoddyness.

When you say box, I presume you mean cardboard? If so - no they didn't I popped down to Morrisons and asked for a box.

Regards

Thanks Webcrawler,

Yes mean a cardboard box. Unforginally in N.Ireland they dont replace, only repair.
I really like 360 too, play every night, looks like back to PSP for 4 weeks.

If your a COD 4 (also have 2 and 3) fan, will PM you my tag, maybe get game with you in 4 weeks.
Cheers lad.....!
