Virgin Feedback survey

Just got an email off Virgin asking for feedback dont know if it will do any good but we should all fill it in to let them know what we think of thier internet service!!

As i said dont know if it will do any good but worth a try!!

I had one of these,Feedback survey , I mean, asking how well they'd done .
I was still only partway through obtaining a viable repair. At the time, achieving any improvement seemed problematic.
I told it exactly as it was, got a phone call in return from a very charming lady, who at the end of the call offered me a month's rebate with the hope that it would get sorted before I needed to pay again.
I'm happy to say that it was.
