Wireless TV Link with Digisenders

I really like this site which I found whilst searching for a TV link hub. I am not a very electronic literate but I have the following questions which I hope to find answers to on this fantastic site:

I have a TV, video, DVD player, sky box and Virgin box all placed in one area,. My TV has only two AV inputs so I currently use a scart hub which is manual and lots of cable glitters. I want to do the following:

Connect all these devices to one TV hub which has a remote control where switching can be done from a remote control. Use a remote control hub with digisending facility where I can view from any of these devices video, sky, dvd, sky and virgin boxes from the three TVs in the house and be able to change channels from any of these deevices. Also, I want to be use one device in one TV whilst another TV displaying somthing differnt. I am thinking of the Philips SLV5400/05 Wireless TV Link (SLV5400/05 ) or DigiSender X7 Wireless Video Sender. The questions I have

1) which one is better, heard some negative views about the Philips SLV5400 any comments.
2) If I want to connect all my devices to the Philips or the X7, do I need to buy more than one of the Philips SLV5400 or X7 if I want to use them on more than one TV. In other words, do I need these for every TV in the house if so that is very expensive option.
3) Are there better options than this and if so which one.

4) Can you watch from different devices in different TVs and change channels accordingly.
Your help will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Si
