Hang on though, check out the bit in the url that says: en-US. Then go to the UK xbox site and amazingly, no sign at all of this for the UK. After the number of xbox Live events for the US only, it wouldn't surprise me if this was just for the US too. They seem to conveniently forget all non-US xbox owners time after time!

I can understand what you're saying but the offer is world wide.
