PIN Number

I've just had a V+ box installed today and everything seems to be working fine except one problem. I have Sky Movies and need to enter a PIN number to access them. That was all fine with the standard box but the new V+ box doesn't seem to recognise my old PIN. Is there some way of fixing this or do I need to ring Customer Services to reset it? One more attempt and I lock myself out.

Sorry if this has been asked already but I did look through a few pages of posts and couldn't see it mentioned.

You will need to ring customer services, However the standard pin sometimes used by the installers is 1234 or 1111.

Re: PIN Number

Done and done. That was surprisingly pain free; the phone was answered within two rings and a nice fellow called Ahmed gave me the allocated number, which worked and then reset it to my chosen number. Well done VM.
