Green Box

Ok,I have a green box outside my house that keeps getting kicked over by the neighbourhood ****.My question is who do i report this to. And why dont virgin/Ntl fix these boxes down more securely as it seems to me that it is free standing as i keep going out there to pick it up again.Surely it would be more cost effective in the long run to anchor them down.Failing that round up all the hoodie **** and feed them to the lions.Just a thought. That would make pay to view worthwhile.LOL

The green boxes cant be fixed down more securely, because if they were, all those poor hoodies would have nothing to do,they would have to join a club of some sort or go and play football on the park maybe and theres about as much chance of this than there is hell freezing over. Besides it cant be the hoodies knocking it over, if they did that they would have nowhere to sit on and drink their bottles of cider
