XBOX 360 - Downloads

Hi,

Has anyone else had the same problem... Downloads on XBOX live has slowed down an awful lot, it is taking me ages to download the new Burnout demo.

I am running a Wireless router MR814.

Any ideas how I can fix this problem.

There have been reports of XBox Live issues over the last couple of weeks. Some suggest that a sudden increase in XBox users over Christmas may be straining the current capacity.

There are problems with Xbox Live at the moment. Major Nelson latest blog reads this:-

You may have noticed that the LIVE service has been having a few issues over the past few days. This includes things like signing in, matchmaking and account recovery. Not everyone has had problems, but I know some of you have and I wanted to give you and update. While the service was never completely offline, problems like this are not acceptable. The entire LIVE team has been working day and night to ensure that you can have a great LIVE experience. I'd recommend everyone to put the above link into your favourites folder on your PC for latest news on Xbox360 and Xbox Live service.

Microsoft have officially ruined Christmas!

The problems on XBL have made it nigh on impossible to get into any games over christmas
and as such have made it soo awful that I'm off to join a convent instead... lol
(cant spell monastry & a convent willbe more fun - lol)
