for some reason my screen with the shortcuts has developed some strange stripes in different shades of grey, just over to the left hand side. Not being very technical, I was wondering if any of you might have a clue. I can still log in to things, but obviously there is a problem somewhere. Thanks in advance for any help you may be able to give.
I'm afraid you could write what I know about computers on a postage stamp. The screen I'm talking about is the start up screen which is where all the shortcut icons are. This screen is usually blue, but now the right hand side is white and the left hand side has 4 vertical stripes in different shades of grey each one is approx 25mm wide. Also the colour of the icons are different to how they normally are. That's all I have to go on I'm afraid.
