Question Trouble with Virgin

I've had broadband with Telewest for so many years that I don't even remember how many, but I've had nothing but trouble since Virgin took over. No emails for over 2 weeks. No response from support. Being charges for support. Emails restored but now I get a popup error from the Security Center when I log on. So I'm looking at the most reliable replacement. Not so concerned about cost. Recommendations?

What's the popup error you get? Security center (if you mean the Windows one) has nothing to do with Virgin.

Welcome to the site, BTW.

Re: Trouble with Virgin

Title: Rps
Message: The parameter is incorrect

It appears after the Virgin Broadband splash screen appears. Click on OK and the popup disappears. The splash screen then refuses to go away. This down to Virgin. The popup only appears after Virgin finally fixed the email problem (without any notification) and now I get the popup. I have not added any new software etc.

I'm just fed up with VM breaking and the sh***y attitide of the support people I've spoken to. So any suggestions welcome.

Re: Trouble with Virgin

Take a look at Eclipse Internet.

Eclipse Internet, £29.99 for broadband only, 40GB bandwidth per month

Pipex, £24.99 for broadband only, unlimited downloads
