EX Telewest Channel 701 No Programme Information

Ive got up this afternoon looked through the channels to see whats on and channel 701 CBBC is showing No Programme Information. Ive rebooted the box and it still shows up. Im EX Telewest. Any one else getting this problem or know how i can solve it?

Must be a fault with them then .. ive rebooted the box and its not changed at all.. *sighs*

I have a regular situation where I regularly get "No programme information" showing. It is monday night - 8.45 and guess what.......no programme info. Does anybody know why this happens ?

Rebooting usually solves that. I find I have to reboot at least on a daily basis. It's just a very poor TV platform using cheap STB's.

If that is the case, why does my STB only get rebooted when there is a software update, but works 100% whenever i use it.
