VOD question

I shall try this when I get in from work BUT

is it possible to say

watch the LiveEarth festival from OnDemand AND recorded it on V+

then watch it back in bits and pieces in the future while FF 32>> over the dross ?

I haven't tried this but it 'has' to work - otherwise it suggests everytime you watch VOD it misses recordings which is ridiculous -

i'll give it a try too & if it doesn't work they can have it back
