Good question to ask about the Statue of Liberty

Does anyone know anything about The Statue Of Liberty in the USA.

I was going through the Internet and came accross some facts about the stsaue.

But does anyone know if the Face of the Statue, was designed after someone.

I have looked at the website, and it doesn't say.

The face was modeled after that of Charlotte Beysser Bartholdi, the sculptor's mother

Yes. It was a gift from France to the USA designed to rub Britain's nose in the fact that we lost the colonies.
