Network Monitoring Software - Recommendation required...

Hi all... Long time no post etc....

Does anyone know of a preferably freeware utility that will enable me to produce usage statistics (internet usage) by either IP Address or MAC Address from my Router?

Problem is that the other housemates just will not stop P2P usage (thus hogging the whole connection) and cutting them off makes them throw the toys out of the pram (threats etc). I want to be able to go to the landlord with some useful stats on just how much they are raping the connection and ticking other users off.

Any advice most welcome!!!

There was a SNMP thing you could do providing your router supported it...
