numerous lock ups

I get many lock ups, mostly in Outlook express and internet explorer.

I have complained to my pc supplier, and he says what do you expect using Blueyonder (virginmedia).

Anyone here agree with his views?

Any advice on PC set up. (I am windows xp/2, amd 64, 2 gb ram. 512 nvida card.) Computer 3 months old.

Re: numerous lock ups

It has nothing to do with using VirginMedia. It has something to do with something on your computer not working correctly. Check for spyware incase this is causing it.

I would also run a virus check as well.

PS Does the lock ups still occur if you use a different browse / mail client

Don't you mean install a spy checker

VM have nothing to do with the browser or email client

Instead of using Internet Explorer try Firefox to see if you get the lock ups

also try Thunderbird instead of Outlook to try email

PS There are others if you prefer
