Time changing on V+ By Itself

I was watching an 'on demand' programme tonight (you can get them if you keep trying) when I noticed that the recording light had gone out ten minutes before the end of a programme I was recording, and while checking in my recordings list I noticed that the clock was reading ten minutes fast. It righted itself after a while so I went back to VOD and it went fast again.Stopped VOD and the clock righted itself. Is the problem connected to VOD while recording? anyone had similar problems?

Re: Time changing on V+ By Itself

Update on this problem is that they had never seen this problem before, they sent an engineer round Wednesday and he was confused by it until i actually showed him first hand what was going wrong. He basically said he couldnt fix it there and then because they had never ever seen it

I got a call from faults this morning and the guy said exactly the same thing that they had never heard or seen it before but he has passed it onto another section so they can have a look at it. So watch this space basically

Re: Time changing on V+ By Itself

Another update and my V+ does not go just 12 minutes forward now it goes a whole 1 hour 12 minutes forward

Whether that is because the clocks went forward on sunday or whether that is them fiddling about trying to fix it their i dont know

Re: Time changing on V+ By Itself

Don't use VOD whilst recording... thats the best idea until this is fixed.
