Question Error messages: UN400 and SEAC410

During using "Guide", there was a lock-up. Error message UN 400 showed.
Pressing "On Demand", another lock-up. Error message SEAC 410 showed.

I have previously (last month) had problems with keeping the Guide operational and a new set-top box was provided -PACE, model no. D 14010-N.

Anyone any idea what is happening, please?

Re: Error messages: UN400 and SEAC410

Sounds like your STB is struggling to find information. UN400 basically means that it cannot pick up the information on the server, either because it cannot handle the amount of info, or is just incapable of doing so.

SEAC410 means that it cannot find the information for the VOD purchase, as though it is non existent.

Both require a call in to our Faults department, so we can investigate!

Is the light on the front of the STB flashing by any chance?

Re: Error messages: UN400 and SEAC410

Fault Department WAS informed Tuesday - will be called back within 4 to 5 days - I hope! No flashing lights anywhere.
The Guide problem is most acute with Channel 119 - the red button abyss. There were 10 days when it just would not engage. Monday last I managed the link but only by nearly continuous red-buttoning whilst attempting the link.
The Fault Engineering department appears to be under strain currently so am (im)patiently waiting on their call
