Belkin Adsl/ wireless G router and Virgin Media modem
Hello Folks
I have virgin media cable modem and a belkin router at home. A friend of mine gave me his Belkin Adsl modem with Wireless G router(F5D7632-4) it has an rj45 connection marked as dsl line on the back.
My question is, can i use this with my existing cable modem. Disable the modem and just use it as a straight router.
Re: Belkin Adsl/ wireless G router and Virgin Media modem
You can probably connect via one of the LAN ports and use it as a wireless base station. Look in the manual (or download one as a PDF from Belkin) under "Use as an access point". HTH
