had Virgin cable fitted a week ago - very happy until VOD crashed. Now can't get anything atall on demand and if I try the screen sticks and I have to unplug and restart. 150 has told me it will be 3-5 working days before somone from the VOD team gets in touch. Has anyone else had a similar experience?
Yes.. I have the same problems with all on demand stuff gets to Please Wait Loading and locks up. even a reboot dont fix it.. I hope Virgin sorts this out soon.
I only seem to have problems with stuff that appears to have been from channel 4 (Lost S1, IT Crowd, Shameless etc.) I get what seems to be macrovision copy protection and then shows just... die
