Only 2110 are the only ones at the moment pace and the 2100 still on the old software

ahh right, can it not be forced through then like the new model ? by a sequence of buttons at startup?

No we tried it at work and the box would not take it just have to wait untill they roll it iut to this box

You can force the box to update but you might not get the new EPG...
