Hi did i year correctly on another website that there is an offer to get V+ installed for free if you purchace it in Feb???? even if you dont have the other box moved into another room????

I think that it depends on the servive that you select. I have recently taken the VIP package which includes V+. I No charge for installation and the old box is bing moved to the bedroom.

No charge for the v+ box. This is 'standard'. VM do not charge for the box, unlike Sky.

If you keep your existing box install is free.

If you swap boxes you pay £75

If you call retentions and moan you get it installed for free regardless (Well I did anyway)

New customers are £25 existing customers £75 if not keeping existing box.

I rang retentions to blag a deal and they are installing mine for free and I'm not keeping the old box (no need to).

It can be done, but you need to haggle with them, no is the perfect time with the Loss of Sky channels.
