"Quote 1062/FDTS00401"

That's the error message I'm getting most of the time when attempting to access anything via VOD. Can anyone translate that into English?

Doubt if I will be able to use Virgin Central tomorrow with all these errors poping up.

I'm sure it does. Just curious as to what it means and why its so intermittent. Sometimes I can't get into certain folders. Sometimes I can.

Just got off the phone to faults, apparently, the engineers are aware of the fault in this area and its due to be fixed on the 28th of this month at 2pm.

Odd - been using VOD a lot today and not one single error yet.

Plus all the Filmflex 'Movie Type' menus now have plenty of content in them (last night it was telling me that there was only 1 Action movie from 500 - yeah right! )
