I so annoyed...............yet again NTL has messed up my bill and charged me double what they said. Last month NTL promised to sort it out and guaranteed it would not happen again !!! Well it has.........
I 've got an extention number of a person in Teeside who I dealt with last month but does anyone have a direct contact number for Teeside as I have been holding on the normal contact number of 35 minutes now and I am getting more annoyed !!!
