V+ box new 2 day .help

hi , i,ve just this morning had a v+ box installed , but I have already got a problem , it will change channels very slowly , but it wont do anything else - if got no on demand or guide at all , have tried foning them but they where no help , is this a normal problem on install ? any help would be great

Are you listed on the service status page? If not, then you should give faults a ring. 151 from your VM phone or 0845 454 1111 from a non-VM phone.
