TV Drive in the East Sussex Area

Hi All,

Firstly i want to say thanks to everyone on here, as without this forum i would never have known that NTL were doing a PVR.

What i want to know is has anyone in the East Sussex area, namely Brighton and Hove, actually managed to order one of these drives? I have rung up probably 10times now, and either get told, that its only in Manchester, to be told yes you can, then they hang up on me, and then yes you can book right now, to be then told, nope you cant book it yet, be sometime in February.

One guy i spoke with said that there is no one in the Brighton area that has got it, so i would like to know if someone has, and how they ordered it, and eprhaps who they ordered it from!

Thanks

Michael

I think your best bet would be to get one of the cf members that work for ntl telewest (Virgin Media) to check this out for you.

Go on then... It's not available in Brighton yet. You might be able to order one next Tuesday.

Re: TV Drive in the East Sussex Area

I'm BN14 in Worthing, 10 miles West of Brighton.

My V+HD box is ordered for install on 7th Feb. Keep ringing ntl until you can speak to someone who knows how to place the order for you. Other posts say they are getting it on the 6th, which we were offered, but no one in till 7th

I am in Brighton, BN1 and have the install of a V+ box booked for the 26th Feb. Whether it happens or not we will have to wait and see.
