charged twice! what do i do?

3-4 of days ago i paid my £35 bill through paypoint.
it reached them 2 days after that but today i have also had the bill taken out of my direct debit account(halifax)
i rang ntl up and he said it will appear as credit on my next bill but im not too sure.
he also said if i wanted the money back then i should contact my bank,

will it be credited to my next bill cos apparently my next bill will be virgins so they might mess up the credit or something

Re: charged twice! what do i do?

Yes it will mean your account will be in credit by the amount you paid.

Don't worry, only the look of the bill will change to Virgin, its still the same billing system and your account will be unaffected. Its still the same company new clothes

or if you need the money before that you can claim an indemnity claim through your bank, personally id leave the credit save some hassle
