Question New Address=new number

How far do the boundries go with NTL for their phone lines?
We are moving on 2nd Feb, only 5 mins away, at first c/s lad said i could keep my number, i rang to confirm everything last friday with NTL, and the woman i spoke to said i would have to have a different phone number, as i will be out of the boundry!

So i take it, that when people move NTL give you a number everytime?

Re: New Address=new number

If you are on the same switch you can keep your number, if it is on a different one, then you can't. Same situation applies with BT.
