Talk Talk - advice required

I move into my new gaff next week, have my line being installed on 14th Feb and I'm seriously thinking of going with Talk Talk for my broadband. They are offering a really good package for ÃƒÆ’Ã¢â‚¬Å¡Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£19.99 which is ideal for me http://www.talktalk.co.uk/talktalk/s...STATIC.TESTHUB

I know their customer services are commonly moaned about, but has anyone had any good experiences either good or bad to help me make my decision.

As they only cover 70% of Britain atm, i may not be able to even have Talk Talk - they wont confirm til my line is live

Any other suggestions for a decent ISP which is not too expensive, but reliable.

Ive had customers who have had Talk Talk with relatively good speeds and connections and tbh they balance along side all of the main adsl isps
