signal loss and pixellation

Not a new problem but changed dramatically in appearance with the TV Drive.

Services provided via Guildford which is the UBR for cable modem so I assume is the supply for TV.

Used to get a black screen (no signal) sometimes on the Pace box which was always reset by changing channels and back. Now of course as it's recording it goes to freeze frame awaiting a continuation of the signal. It can still be jump started by flicking channels (which wakes up the head end). It has happened about 5 times over the weekend plus 2 lots of cascading pixelation plus one wake up type bang through all 5 speakers as the sound cut for a split second.

I was wondering if others have had this problem. I think that it is highly unlikely to be the co-ax feed as my CM has spot on power levels and doesn't miss a beat.

I've had a few freeze frames, usually accompanied by pixellation of the screen. Changing channels sorts it but it is annoying to say the least. It has also happened on recordings too.
