Unhappy Virgin Media (complaints maybe the first?)

don,t normally moan but things like this get my goat up

Good old Richard has finally got round to sending me the really nice plush mail drop , giving all the Hype.........quailty booklet with nice photos and a snazzy envelope, to boot..........But and this could be a small ""but"" (excuse the pun),

for those of you with good eyesight and who have had a copy of the "Boring but important stuff for you to READ" pamphlet......can you tell me the Terms and conditions .........as it is in such a small bloody font

Anybody got their corporate address so I can get it in LARGE print version sent out.( I presume it is the same as current NTL T&C)?

we all haven't got 20/20 vision

rant over

in this day and age these maketing muppets surely can't be saving ink and paper TO SAVE THE PLANET

Yes guys I do understand your comments, and will more and likley phone for a copy if its the same T&C as current NTL ........its just the mail drop principle........give you a pamphlet headed READ me only to find such small print,

just imho another case of marketing gone wrong

Ive had good NTL service, but I like to see if their are any changes to T&C "just slipped in "

regards

Ming

If you require a hard copy of the terms and conditions that's easy tp read you should ask them for a large print one.

They will gladly blow it up on a photocopier for you and send it out via the articles for the blind scheme for free.... (This is what I did).

If you don't have a visual impairment then I would think they'd still do it, but I can't gurantee that.

Give them a call and ask - it can't hurt...

Actually dilly it's not as small as I would usually expect.I can just about read it without the aid of a magnifier.Normally I have had to get out the magnifier with past NTL documents to read the T&C's.

Maybe Virgin will change some things for the better?

Nothing wrong with that. It's just that spelling errors on web pages/promotional material annoy me

Ah I see....

Personally I was irritated that it didn't come with a monitor (these things are like £1500+ each) - but the job centre bought me one to use with it so I could do job search.

Whoa, that's a lot of money. Good to see the Job Centre can be useful.
