150 Number then 4,3.................
Hi,
So I want to talk with NTL, so I ring 150.... pick 4,3 then get told Monday 30 min wait, Tuesday 30 min wait and now today its 20 mins wait. (This is any time of day, or seems that way)
So what am I moaning about, well its like this, every time I get cut off without the chance to wait even 1 sec
So is this a fault? Does it need fixing or is it now NTLs new policy to deal with people wanting to talk with 150, 4, 3 department?
Plus I even spoke with a nice chap (Mr P Smith)who tried getting them, he had me on hold til he could get to speak to someone, but was not able to get them.
So I left my number and was told they would ring back.
PS,
So how many SOs was that
Dept = Thinking of leaving NTL.

I was waiting for a long time this morning as well to that same dept. I even heard a message with an engadged tone in the background saying "we are very busy, phone back later" no option of holding.
I choose to cancel all my TV packages because of that this morning (over £100 a month revenue lost to them).

Just tried again and got told there is a 20 min wait...........
but this time i didnt get cut off.............
So I waited 20 mins, then 25 mins, then I hung up cos I had stuff to do.
So was it fixed. Cos I didnt mind one bit waiting 20 mins, just a shame it wasnt 20 mins but there you go. It was my choice to hang up.
So I will try later.
PS,
So what is the SO count now!

You could try pressing random numbers and seeing if it gets passed on to someone.

So I still have not got hold of any one from "Dept = Thinking of leaving NTL"
Yes I have tried every day. Yes I have tried waiting 30 mins plus.
Today there back on 30 mins and cutting you off.
So how do you speak with NTL. ( Have tried going though another department, they just transfer you to THE voice and you get cut off).
Any one got "Dept = Thinking of leaving NTL" direct number, ext. Or even better there home number, I will only ring once after 8 pm  .
So what do I do people? Do I need to use snail mail!
So  (well getting that way).

cannot agree more withthe comments above,i am trying to get
through about 15 minutes at the minute is the waiting time,
the retentions is engaged.
Ntl have even credited us pds40 as sign of goodwill dont even know
what thats is about not even asked for it
Has anybody got the direct number for retentions
