Average Laptop Temperature?

Hiya, it seems my Phoenix BIOS doesn't wanna tell me what my CPU temp is, or at least i can't find it in any of the tabs.

So, Everest reckons my CPU temp on my lappy is about 43-48 degrees, so i set this as the default in Speedfan.

Is this too hot? Will Everest be right?

By the way, i've not had any problems with the lappy, i just wondered what the CPU temperature was which is why i had to explore!

Re: Average Laptop Temperature?

for a laptop chip thats actually quite cool.

With most dells the cpu fan doesnt even start spinning until the cpu hits 60C+ even then thats on low and it takes a full 70C for the fans to get going.

Makes for one warm but quiet lap
