could not have aggreed with you any more. I was trying to help a friend who is on AOL and I wanted to findout if anybody might have been having problems. Unluck this excellant help site for NTL/Telewest AOL seems to have nothing. I have told my friend to invest in another ISP hopefully someday they will see the light.
