Line Attenuation

hi wonder if any could answer this for me.

When i installed skyBB2 weeks ago i had a Line Attenuation of 10db and a connection of 15000k but yesterday i lost connection for about an hour and now my Line Attenuation is 37.5db and now have a connecction of 1500k.

Does any one know what could of happen.

your copper pair swapped with someone else? or more likely there is a fault now on your line increasing loop loss.
