Free Spam Software?

Hello

Can anyone recommend some free Spam software that I can run on a server which will check for incoming Spam e-mail that we collect from a "collect all" e-mail address.

This e-mail then goes into our mail server software (currently an app called Mailgate but shortly to switch over to Exchange).

Looking for something effective and easy to use.

I of course meant anti-spam......
