On phone for 40mins passed from Dept to Dept then told to call back tomorrow
I'm so annoyed - the OH tried to use the on demand service today and got an error message saying the pin wasn't activated and to contact customer services - he tried phoning but they wouldn't speak to him as he isn't the account holder - so I phoned tonight when I got home from work at 7:30 - customer service said I needed to speak to faults and they would transfer me - after holding for 20 mins I spoke to some guy who said he couldn't find my account number, phone number or post code and he would have to transfer me after a futher 20 mins I spoke to some indian guy who told me he sould have to transfer me to customer service - when I said I had already spoken to them he asked me to hold and then when he came back he said could I phone back tomorrow as customer services was now closed - thank god I've got a dvd to watch tonight

That's not good. When you do get throuhg to CS tommorrow, make sure you get your other half noted on the account as being an authorised person. That should prevent future misunderstandings.
Have you used On Demand before? I've occasionally had blips where my STB asks for a PIN, but a reboot, or something happening overnight, and that message goes away.
