HD PICTURE PROBLEM PLEASE HELP

Hi

Please help this is doing my head in.
My TV Drive was playing up as in picture freezing stalling etc, so i booked a service call and the telewest guy came out today and swapped the TV drive for a new one.
When i got home from work and checked it, he hadn't even bothered connecting up the HD cable, so i did, done the normal settings changes for HDMI etc.

But to my horror when you get the test page saying press text to confirm etc. All i get is a very fuzz completely RED screen, with a red telewest box in the background (the one that would normally be blue)! Done the normal rest try again etc.

Any Ideas? I'm reall P**** off as the HD was working perfectly befor the telewest guy came out.

Thanks in advance for any help

Mark
